The SIRUI 50mm Lens from SIRUI is the very first affordable anamorphic lens for everyone.
It enables ultra widescreen 2.4:1 and sci-fi reflections.
Compared to a conventional 50mm APS-C Lens, the SIRUI 50mm anamorphic Lens increases the horizontal field of view up to 33%. This is equivalent to a 37.5 mm APS-C Lens. After rectifying the video recording, you get practically the same height as with 16:9, but with a widescreen width of 33% more. And to make filming in cinema format complete, the SIRUI anamorphic lens displays the very popular flare effects in blue on white light sources.

The robustly built anamorphic lens is made of lightweight aerospace aluminum, manufactured in a high-precision CNC process.

It works extremely smoothly and precisely and is in no way inferior to the large conventional anamorphic lenses. The Lens weighs a light 560 g and is available in various bayonet versions. Its simple design makes this lens a jewel on any camera.
