Blackmagic Design Video Assist 7 inch 12G HDR

The new 7-inch Blackmagic Video Assist 12G HDR enables professional monitoring and recording with any SDI or HDMI camera in all HD, Ultra HD, 2K and 4K DCI formats. The super-bright 7-inch 2500 nit HDR monitor supports 3D LUTs and features professional scopes as well as powerful focusing and exposure aids for precise focusing, exposure and framing.

The built-in dual SD card recorders store files from any camera in 10-bit 4:2:2 ProRes and DNx formats. There are also two mini XLR connectors with 48 V phantom power and a noise floor of -128 dBV for high-quality, crystal-clear audio recordings. You can also edit directly because you don't have to convert the files first.

The Video Assist 12G HDR also enables recording in Blackmagic RAW with third-party cameras. This is currently possible with the Panasonic EVA1 and the Canon C300. Compatibility with other cameras is planned.
