Billingham 307 photo bag
The 07 bag series from Billingham generally consists of four larger photo bags. With its volume of approx. 11.2 l, the Billingham 307 is a very comfortable size - only surpassed in this model series by the Billingham 307L. It has plenty of space for two to three DSLR bodies including a number of Lens and flash units. There is no question that the Billingham 307 can hold many more bodies, Lens and accessories from an MFT kit. Measuring approx. 390 x 210 x 300 mm on the outside and approx. 350 x 150 x 220 mm on the inside (main compartment), even medium format with two additional lenses is not a problem.

High-quality craftsmanship and two very large "flaps"
The Billingham 307 - like the entire 07 bag series - is only available in FibreNyte (with leather details). The look and feel of this material is almost indistinguishable from classic canvas. It is manufactured to the same high standard as canvas, namely mainly by hand. The special feature of all four bags in the Billingham 07 series are two fiberglass-reinforced aluminum clips, invisibly integrated into the upper edge of the main compartment. Here, Billingham has cleverly adapted the opening function of older doctor's bags, which is by no means new. Folded out into the shape of a large rectangle, the "PressTop" system keeps the main compartment of the Billingham 307 (and the other three bags in the series) wide open - and thus also keeps the teeth of the 2-way zipper very far out. This is probably the most convenient and safest method of putting photographic equipment into the bag or taking it out.

The second large flap of the Billingham 307 is the specially shaped rain flap. The eye-catching leather seam around the edges is by no means just a style feature. Rather, this leather seam helps to protect valuable bag contents against dust and all kinds of weather damage. The rain flap is so wide over the photo bag that not only the main compartment but also the two bellows pockets on the front are well covered. With a capacity of approx. 0.75 l each, a lot of small accessories fit in the front. Not to forget, at the back of the Billingham 307 is a long and high zippered compartment for flat items (preferably papers of all kinds, etc.). The zipper itself is protected under the protruding edge of the rain flap.

Delta suspension and quick release system
As you would expect from Billingham, everything is very solidly stitched. The shoulder strap, for example, is held on both sides by two sturdy leather plates. Its Delta suspension - shaped like a "Y", i.e. split in two at the end - significantly reduces the risk of the loaded Billingham 307 tipping over or swinging. The strong outer carrying system "culminates" in the leather handle mentioned above. It is unbuttoned when you want to open the rain flap. The hand carrying straps can then be folded forwards and backwards. There is also leather at the bottom of this "Quick Release System" in the form of wide, specially perforated strips. When the rain flap is closed, they allow the Billingham 307 to be opened or closed quickly. There are two leather handles under the rain flap. They can be used to carry the photo bag in the hand when the rain flap is open. The front leather handle can even be removed if required. Another useful detail: the outer carrying system also ends on the back of the bag in leather strips (sewn on here) that extend to the bottom edge of the bag. There are holes for Billingham's 5/8" tripod carrying straps, which are available as an option.

The Billingham 07 series - robust photo bags with many things in common
Billingham's 07 series consists of these four photo bags: 107, 207, 307 and 307L. They all have the same outstanding features in common. With the exception of the special case model 307L, only their width varies. All four models also have three colors in common: khaki / chocolate, black / black and sage / chocolate. All models come with an SP50 shoulder pad, which significantly increases carrying comfort. Inside, the photo bags can be subdivided using the "Superflex" padding inserts. Depending on the bag model, different "Superflex" padding inserts are already included in the scope of delivery. However, they are also available as an option in many sizes, allowing you to customize the bag division even better to your personal preferences.

Scope of delivery and optional accessories
The Billingham 307 is equipped with one "Superflex" padding insert 9-15 and 10-18, one "Superflex V-Bridge 15" (lens support), one shoulder pad SP50 and a sewn-on shoulder strap.
Optional extras: 5/8" leather tripod strap, leather luggage tag, Billingham DELTA accessory bags (two fit each 07 bag), "Superflex" pad inserts, "Superflex" separating pad (flap), additional "Superflex V-Bridge 15" (lens support when camera is attached).
